We are looking for Pro Bono Volunteers!
What exactly means Pro Bono?
Pro bono coming from pro bono publico means for the public good. It implies knowledge- or competence-based social engagement / volunteering i.e. the support of NPOs through professional skills. For example, a graphic designer who designs online folders.
The current times are particularly challenging for NPOs, the professional advice & services of experts are precious. The last few months have seen an unprecedented acceleration in the transition of the third sector to the digital world. In response to the measures, some NPOs have adapted their offer and partially digitised their activities, e.g. online learning support, virtual language cafés or digital marketing & other pro bono activities.
Why should you do pro bono work?
- to develop new skills & networks
- to do something good
- to meet new people
